*Intrigue came to Dances with Hooves as a yearling. We have been watching his development with great anticipation!

*Intrigue was inspected in 2007 and is currently the hightest scoring Curly (3 years or over) inspected by CSI and holds the distinction of being the only stallion in the Elite Stud Book (highest possible rating).

After a test breeding of two very different types of mares in 2005, Intrigue has produced two incredible curly colts! He has proven to be surprisingly consistent so far in producing type, color and curls.

*2007 brought a repeat of those first two colts, again, *Intrigue, produced babies with lovely conformation plus movement to die for!

All of *Intrigue's foals inspected have been rated First Primium, with one foal holdng the distinction of being the highest scoring foal ever inspected by CSI, with a 9 (out of 10) on gaits! His foals currently hold the top 3 highest inspection scores of all CSI inspected young horses to date.

*Intrigue demonstrates the typical Curly trainablity and an excellent disposition in all of his work, so that he is simply a joy to be around. He shows natural elevation and suspension in his stride movement, so rare in the Curly Breed.

To date, *Intrigue has produced 100% curls. Some speculate that a Micro Curled coat is an indicator of homzygous curly genetics. To date, 50% of *Intrigue's breedings have been to non curly mares. We only planned one foal in 2008, which is for sale "in utero".

The current plan is to expose *Intrigue to a few dressage shows in 2008. After that, we will see where his talent takes him!
